Food Wars: McDonld Strikes Back

As McDonald turns to the younger consumers, they would have to find new strategies to tackle the challenge. So McDonald decided to work on some mind tricks of their own to influence younger generation to eat their food. They invest lots of money annually into extensive psychological studies to see how they can influence children to begin eating their food.

McDonald spends a lot of their money in their campaign to get advertising into grammar schools, and also to be used for lunch program and snacks, by offering to support the school. The purpose of creating Ronald McDonald was was to become a cultural icon for children. He had become so popular amongst children that you could say he had stolen Mickey Mouse's thunder. He was created to be seen by children all over the world as someone who is wise and friendly, and always have a heart. However in reality, the main purpose for his creation is to solely get more and more children and their parents to buy their junk food everywhere around the world. Nothing more motivates the creators of Ronald McDonald but greed and corporate profit.

Although as bad as it may sound, as long as children are being influenced and seeing Ronald McDonald as their icon, there is nothing we could do to stop them. However, next time you step into McDonald to order a "Big Mac" meal, remember where it how and where it came from, and make a choice. Will you order, or turn around and walk out the door.

The choice is yours.
